About Peter Peter
It started with a family recipe so old, nobody can remember where it came from. My mom taught me, and when I asked her about it recently, she just shrugged. Some things are better left mysterious — and honestly, more delicious that way.
What we do know is the process: shell-on Snow White pumpkin seeds, brined and slow-roasted low and slow until they reach that perfect, deeply satisfying crunch. Unhurried, deliberate, and absolutely worth it.
Peter Peter was born on a fateful pumpkin carving night with a gaggle of gay friends. Bag after bag disappeared before the jack-o-lanterns were even finished. It was obvious these seeds had something special — and a snack this good had no business being locked to one month a year.
Meet Peter
Why Peter Peter? Because Peter Peter was a pumpkin eater, obviously. And the most famous pumpkin eaters in the world? Squirrels.
Meet Peter — a squirrel with a serious seed obsession and absolutely zero interest in eating the same thing twice. For years he watched the pumpkin patch get all the attention in October, only to be forgotten by November. Plain seeds, same flavors, same story. Peter had had enough.
So he did what any self-respecting squirrel would do: he left. He hopped a plane to Mexico, caught a tuk-tuk through Bangkok, and zipped around Italy on a Vespa — collecting the boldest, most irresistible flavors he could find and bringing them home one crunchy shell-on seed at a time.
Peter believes pumpkin season is every season. And once you try his stash, you will too.
Vegan Parm n’ Garlic

Vegan Parm n’ Garlic *
Peter's Vespa barely made it back — he was too busy eating.
Inspired by the bold, savory flavors of Italy, our Parmesan Garlic is 100% vegan and somehow still achieves that rich, cheesy depth you'd swear came straight from a wheel of parmigiano. The secret? Nutritional yeast, doing the most. Paired with roasted garlic and our signature crunchy shell-on seed, this one is dangerously snackable.
Vegan. Rich. Unapologetically cheesy.
Green Curry

Peter's tuk-tuk made three extra laps through all of Bangkok's markets. Can you blame him?
Green curry is one of Thailand's most beloved flavor traditions — a vibrant, aromatic blend of lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime, and green chili that has been perfected over generations. We approached it with deep respect and a serious crunch. The seasoning is the real deal. But here's where it gets interesting: our shell-on Snow White pumpkin seeds bring a deep, earthy nuttiness that grounds all that brightness and heat — taking a familiar flavor somewhere totally new.
The result is our boldest flavor: slow-building heat, a whisper of coconut sweetness, and a crunch that makes it impossible to stop at one handful.
Holy Mole

Peter's plane ticket to Mexico was one way. We understand.
Mole is one of Mexico's most storied culinary traditions — a complex, slow-built sauce of dried chilies, chocolate, cinnamon, and spices that has been passed down through generations. Here's the twist: pumpkin seeds are traditionally one of mole's own base ingredients. So when we coat our shell-on seeds in a rich ancho, chipotle, and dark chocolate blend, something almost poetic happens. The seed and the sauce become one.
Bold, smoky, and just a little bit magic. Holy Molé indeed.
